There’s nothing we cherish more than our children. From day one, we strive to become the perfect parents. Showering them with the best of what we had. And everything else we didn’t. But for approximately 90% of U.S. fathers, paternity leave is not available.
Assumed to be a mother’s work, fathers are often ignored and forgotten when it comes to the care and nurture of their newborns. Yet while studies show fathers who take paternity leave develop stronger bonds and raise healthier children, we still struggle to accept why they deserve the same treatment. ForFathers aims to fix that by highlighting potential harms that may fall on our children when we forget about the job that matters most.
